Plantillas diferentes de ordenación por décadas para cada "cosa" de España... ¿es necesario?

no veo la mejora en la creación de una plantilla súperespecífica frente a al uso de una plantilla genérica y flexible que parece hacer algo muy parecido. Para mí no tiene sentido crear plantillas de "political caricatures of Spain" (y de "Francia", y de "China" y de cada país del mundo) y de "caricatures of Spain" (y de Francia y de China y...). Y así de cada cosa que pueda uno imaginarse. Ese potencialmente infinito repositorio/enciclopedia paralelx de plantillas independientes no lo termino de ver rentable, por mucho que se agreguen categorías automáticamente y el ¿gustazo? de poner el banderolo a la izquierda... Es que bueno, lo de la categorización se hace en un segundo con el gadget cat-a-lot y... no hay que hacerlo más, por lo general. Entras en caricaturas políticas de España y mandas en masa las de por año a donde quieras: seleccionas todas o unas pocas, mueves, copias... Cuando alguien quiera mejorar algo en el sistema de plantillas de navegación por año en lugar de modificar una plantilla va a necesitar cambiar... 500, 100.000... No sé... Lo de la bandera era coña. Idílicamente sí. En la práctica los operadores de bots escasean y... ¿Sobre qué plantillas actuaría el bot? Han dejado de ser lenguaje perfectamente estructurado como en la plantilla de "decades navbox" y han pasado a ocupar un lugar en el espacio Plantillas caracterizado por una cadena de caracteres arbitraria, que con muchos guesses puede suponerse que las plantillas que acaben en by year e incluyan un país funcionan igual porque todo el mundo ha ido copiado el mismo código, le ha hecho sistemáticamente los mismos cambios y ha mantenido la misma sintaxis para nombrar la plantilla... Category:Sierra Minera Cartagena-La Unión

Hola P4K1T0. Quería comentarte que este cambio que has hecho no está bien. Antes de traducir un nombre a otro idioma hay que comprobar si existe una bibliografía que lo respalde. En este caso concreto, la palabra sierra está perfectamente integrada en el inglés (lo puedes ver en el diccionario Cambridge, donde te dice también como se pronuncia) y tiene el mismo significado que en español. En Estados Unidos incluso llaman a sus montes sierras, como la famosa Sierra Nevada de California. Por lo tanto, si no hay fuentes que respalden que en inglés a esta sierra se le llama Mining mountains se debería dejar el nombre original en español. Los anglófonos casi nunca traducen los nombres de accidentes geográficos por lo que los usuarios que busquen esta categoría la van a buscar por su nombre original. P4K1T0, has añadido la plantilla de marca de agua digital en el fichero de la referencia. Realmente no es una marca de agua pues, y al mismo tiempo, no se trata de una imagen sino de una postal, una felicitación de navidad basada en una fotografía. Lo relevante es eso, el texto y lo que lo acompaña, lo que consideras marca de agua, más que la fotografía en sí. En 1902...

Hola, P4K1T0. Te deshice aquí. He subido varias ilustraciones de la obra Historia de España en el siglo XIX y, por el momento, me he abstenido de datarlas en el tiempo. Probablemente, como el propio título de la obra indica, fuera más natural datar las imágenes en el siglo XIX. Aunque reconozco que es frecuente usar la fecha de publicación como una aproximación para el equivalente en categorías a P2913, en el caso de esta obra, con una cantidad industrial de dibujos de José Passos que probablemente sean reproducciones de obras anteriores (no parece razonable que sean todos dibujos del natural), creo que hacer eso es inconveniente. En este caso, probablemente, la ilustración de Passos sea una obra derivada de esta xilografía, aparentemente de La Ilustración Española y Americana (1870) ¿de Tomás Padró? Un saludo.
