Deletion request
Hello ShakataGaNai (is that from Japanese しかたがない btw?), I edit mostly on enWiki, so I'm not sure how appropriate this request is. A photo from commons came to my attention as it was placed in an article there. The photo is supposed to be of Syrian President en:Shukri al-Quwatli, with US navy officers. The problem is, the man in that photo (let alone that he looks like a clown) is not Shukri al-Quwatli. You can see many photos of Quwatli here. And the photo is used at many WikiProjects. I placed a PROD on the photo, but was wondering whether it could be Speedily deleted (if there's such a thing in commons). I conceded that photo seems to be legit as to the source (which seems to be an old webpage of the US Navy website), but the captions are clearly wrong. Any advice on how I should proceed? Thanks.
