Bonjour vous avez modifié les catégories alors quelle étaient biens écrites car il est inutile de ce servir de la ou le ou les au début. On se repère par le nom directement et nom le pronom.

Les déterminants ce placent à la fin (ex Gare de La Loupe = Loupe (La)) mais pour la catégorie le déterminant n'est pas utile. Pour la suppression du mot gare dans la catégorie ligne paris - Brest cela était fait exprès car il sont tous écrit avec un G comme gare car il peut y avoir d'autre sous catégorie. --Parisdreux (d) 17:06, 2 May 2011 (UTC)

Tip: Add categories to your files

Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.

Here's how:

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

[[Category:Category name]]

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]

[[Category:Comets]]

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

1. p.e. Category:Unidentified locations in Karnataka instead of Category:India.
2. p.e. Category:Schools in Bangalore instead of Category:Bangalore.
3. p.e. Category:Bangalore Palace instead of Category:Bangalore.

De rien. Je n'ai pas voulu aller trop loin, n'ayant eu aucune certitude sur la meilleure catégorisation. L'idée était de susciter la réflexion en catégorisant dans une catégorie si générique (et rouge). Pour moi, celui-ci ne ressemble pas au Category:Black Pearl (ship, 1948)... Et vu l'article du Télégramme, j'aurai tendance à catégoriser rapidement dans Category:Black Pearl (ship, 1983). Bonne journée, --Fab5669 (talk) 12:02, 20 February 2015 (UTC)

Bonjour.

J'ai annulé votre ajout de la catégorie : Buildings in Seynod car cette ancienne photo ne peut absolument pas être la photo d'un stade de la ville de Seynod (Annecy). Car :

• autant que je m'en souvienne (j'ai habité Annecy pendant 10 ans et je connais bien la ville de Seynod), je n'ai pas la mémoire d'un stade de Seynod dans un tel environnement urbain et aussi dense que le montre la photo ;
• il n'y a pas de voie ferrée à proximité d'un quelconque stade à Seynod ;
• et, par ailleur, la voie ferrée qui passe à Annecy est à voie unique (Ligne d'Aix-les-Bains-Le Revard à Annemasse) ; or dans cette photo on voit une double voie avec au loin ce qui semble être les quais d'une gare (surement pas celle d'Annecy).

A mon avis, vu le nom de l'image "Stade du ETG.jpg", j'aurais tendance à croire que le sigle "ETG" dans le nom de l'image correspond au sigle de l'ancien club de foot "Évian-Thonon-Gaillard Football Club". Auquel cas, cette photo pourrait être celle de l'ancien stade de Thonon-les-Bains (cette vue Google me le laisserait penser aussi). Mais ne connaissant pas l'histoire de cette ville ni son stade, je ne m'avancerais pas à catégoriser cette photo dans Category:Buildings in Thonon-les-Bains. --Poudou99 (talk) 21:46, 22 April 2019 (UTC)
