Vendsyssel

Dansk: Vendsyssel er den nordøstlige del af Nørrejyske Ø, der er den del af Jylland, der ligger nord for Limfjorden.

English: Vendsyssel - northmost part of the Jutland peninsula in western Denmark. Separated from Jutland by → Limfjord.

Flag of Vendsyssel (Vendelbrog)

The blue colour symbolises the sky and the sea. The organge (yellow) is for the sun and the beach sand and the green for the nature. The flag was introduced in 1976 by the mayor of Hjørring.
