War of the Oranges

English: The War of the Oranges was a conflict in 1801 in which Spanish forces, instigated by the government of France, and ultimately supported by the French military, invaded Portugal. It was a precursor to the Peninsular Wars.

Português: A Guerra das Laranjas é o nome atribuído ao conflito que opôs Portugal à Espanha e à França em 1801. Este conflito insere-se na guerra entre a França e a Inglaterra que, nesta época, se materializou na chamada Guerra da Segunda Coligação.
