Use of POTD on your user page Hi Hahc21, you are displaying the POTD on your user page using some custom HTML code. Unfortunately, your code prevents the viewer from clicking the image and getting to the image description page. The use of many images on Commons requires attribution and this is usually given by linking the image to its description page and displaying the author's attribution there. Since your user page currently prevents users from clicking the image and reaching the description page, you are not giving the image author any attribution. So your current use of the image is a copyright violation. Would you please fix this by either linking the image to its description page or display the attribution for the image somewhere else on your user page? This will allow file movers to not leave behind a redirect when moving files and instead automatically have the original file name deleted. Policy never requires you to suppress the redirect, suppression of redirects is entirely optional. Possible acceptable uses of this ability: To move recently uploaded files with an obvious error in the file name where that error would not be a reasonable redirect. For example: moving "Sheep in a tree.jpg" to "Squirrel in a tree.jpg" when the image does in fact depict a squirrel. To perform file name swaps. When the original file name contains vandalism.
