Mapy z podejrzeniem NPA

Odesłała mnie do Ciebie Pilecka w kwestii NPA map:

Czy mógłbyś zerknąć na wkład kartograficzny User:Bastet78. Osoba ta dodała swojego czasu sporo map (razem 15), twierdząc, że jest ich autorką (por. tutaj). Faktycznie są to dokładnie przerysowane mapy z Atlasu świata Służby Topograficznej Wojska Polskiego (Warszawa 1962) - na mapach zmieniono kolorystykę warstw hipsometrycznych (wysokościowych) oraz dokonano, zapewnie nieumyślnie, wielu błędów przy przepisywaniu nazw geograficznych. Moim zdaniem wkład autorski do tych map jest jednak zbyt mały (dokładne przerysowanie, podmiana kolorów, błędy, lecz brak jakichkolwiek zmian w zasadniczej treści) by można je uznać za jej pracę własną, a nie zwykłe przerysowanie "żywcem" mapy z atlasu. W kartografii dokładne przerysowanie czyjejś mapy traktowane jest za jej skopiowanie. I tu ma zasadniczy wpływ modyfikacja treści, a nie grafiki. Mapy można, choć i to jest dla wielu dyskusyjne, wykorzystywać jako materiały podkładowe, które się generalizuje, przeskalowuje, dodaje treści z innych materiałów itp. Nawet genaralizacja, zmiana skali itp. nie jest pracą własną, w rozumieniu kartografii, jeśli korzysta się wyłącznie z jednej mapy jako podkładu (analogicznie jeśli ktoś napisze publikację na podstawie wyłącznie jednego źródła to jest to zwykły plagiat, a nie praca własna). W przypadku tych map wykorzystano wyłącznie mapy z atlasu wojskowego nie dokonując jakichkolwiek, nawet drobnych, modyfikacji ich treści (nie licząc ewidentnych literówek w nazwach geograficznych) ograniczając się jedynie do przekopiowania mapy (zamiana utworu w postać cyfrową nie jest pracą twórczą) i zmiany kolorystyki (tu można dyskutować, czy jest to praca twórcza). Zakładając jednak, że tak powstała mapa jest pracą twórczą (bo zmieniono kolory), to i tak nie ma prawa być na Wikipedii, gdyż nowe "dzieło" zawiera w sobie również dzieło pierwotne chronione prawami (analogicznie jeżeli wezmie się czyjąś fotografię Zamku Królewskiego i dorysuję na niej kontury zamku na fioletowo, to pomimo, że powstaje coś nowego, to "autor" tej nowej pracy nie ma do niej pełni praw, gdyż wykorzystuje pracę wcześniejszą i takie zdjęcie nie mogło by być na Wikipedii zamieszczone). problem LUCPOLa

LUCPOLa i jego nieopanowany tzw. "patriotyzm lokalny", który przybrał postać kliniczną i ostatnio skończył się dwuletnim banem z plwiki - znasz. Ostatnio napotkałem na Commons jego autorstwa mapki konturowe (przeróbki standardowych konturów województw w Polsce), na których zaznaczono: lubuskie i dolnośląskie; opolskie, śląskie i małopolskie, oraz wszystkie pięć. Podpisy pod tymi mapkami były "województwa na których leży Śląsk" (oraz na których leży Dolny oraz Górny). Oczywista dziecinada, ale co gorsza mapki te zaczęły wykorzystywać inne wikipedie w haśle "Śląsk" opisując je jako granice terytorium Śląska. Powstaje w ten sposób merytorycznie fałszywe wrażenie, że do Śląska zalicza się nie tylko Katowice, Gliwice czy Opole i Wrocław, ale nawet Tarnów, Zakopane, Gorzów albo pomorski Międzyrzecz! Mało kto dokładnie czyta podpisy, nie każdy też - szczególnie poza Polską - umie odróżnić pojęcie "województwa na terenie których leży Śląsk" (w zamyśle autora - choćby skraweczkiem, jak w małopolskim i lubuskim) od pojęcia "województwa należące do Śląska".

LUCPOL ma swoje sny o potędze, ale to trzeba leczyć, a nie wciskać ludziom kit. Uznałem, że przeprowadzanie procedury likwidacji tych grafik przez deletion request będzie tylko biciem piany, bowiem trudno oczekiwać, by francuscy, angielscy, amerykańscy, hiszpańscy czy japońscy userzy mieli jakiekolwiek zielone pojęcie o co w tym wszystkim chodzi.

Zechciej, proszę, przeczytać jego wpis u mnie, moją odpowiedź i ewentualnie zabrać głos.

Julo kłamie: nie było zaznaczone za mapkach województwo małopolskie jako część Śląska. A co do tekstu "mapki te zaczęły wykorzystywać inne wikipedie w haśle "Śląsk" opisując je jako granice terytorium Śląska" prosiłbym Julo o jakiś dowód że te grafiki są opisane jako granice!!! Śląska. Zdanie "Powstaje w ten sposób merytorycznie fałszywe wrażenie, że do Śląska zalicza się nie tylko Katowice, Gliwice czy Opole i Wrocław, ale nawet Tarnów, Zakopane, Gorzów albo pomorski Międzyrzecz" jest niedorzeczne. Dlacezgo Julo pisze ci takie niedorzeczne rzeczy? Julo znów pisze "LUCPOL ma swoje sny o potędze, ale to trzeba leczyć" - czy to nie jest atak osobisty? Ja nie mam takich snów i nie życzę sobie wypaczania i opinii Julo. Ja jego poglądów nie wypaczam ani nie wypominam. Czy to już kolejny atak personalny Julo za który nie dostanie on blokady? Co dziwne - czytasz to ty - admin i czyta to Szwedzki - admin i nic nikt nie zrobi? Na zakończenie napisał: "Uznałem, że przeprowadzanie procedury likwidacji tych grafik przez deletion request będzie tylko biciem piany" - nie panie Julo. Grafiki usunąłeś na swoje widzimisie ("bo tak sobie sądzisz") - bez żadnej dyskusji, bez powiadomienia autora grafik, bez żadnego głosowania, nawet bez usunięcia ich z artykułów na Wikipedii. Jak bardzo bym się starał pozytywnie na to patrzeć to widzę to jako wandalizm i nadużycie uprawnień. Nie obrażaj się że tak to nazwałem bo mam prawo tak to nazwać - patrz 5 argumentów w zdaniu powyżej. LUCPOL 14:18, 2 March 2008 (UTC)

Błędy w svg

Witaj, chciałem poprawić swoje dawne kulawe svg Czerwoną Dłoń Ulsteru, zwłaszcza że na en:wiki zgłoszono mi błąd w rysunku, ale nie otwiera mi się w ogóle wersja wektorowa, choć jako png wyświetla się poprawnie. Pewnie winne są moje błędy w pliku svg, może mógłbym poprawić, ale niestety lokalnie na kompie już tego rysunku nie mam. Czy jakoś można ściągnąć źródło svg tej graficzki? Może masz jakieś wiedźmińsko-admińskie narzędzia? Jeśli nie, to trudno, będę robił od początku, ale jeśli można, to będę wdzięczny za pomoc, może najlepiej źródło svg przesłać mi mailem? deprecated function in your monobook.js

Dear user, I noticed that you use the includePage function in your monobook.js page.

This function is now obsolete, as the importScript function was introduced with rev:35064 to the MediaWiki Javascript core library wikibits.js. It also keeps track of already imported files.

Licencje herbów

Witaj, ostatnio Ipek wstawia szablony sugerujące usuniecie grafik herbów polskich hierarchów (m.in. tu), z uwagi na braki licencyjne. W opisach informuje, że są to herby żyjących polskich biskupów, i prawa autorskie do nich należą do polskiego kościoła katolickiego. Według reguł heraldyki, zazdrośnie i restrykcyjnie strzegącej praw właścicieli herbów, zawsze można było umieszczać wszelkie herby w herbarzach, rolach herbowych, a później różnych wydawnictwach encyklopedycznych. Dziś dochodzi do róznych absurdów, nie wiem co jest w tym przypadku, czy były jakieś skargi ze strony kościelnej, czy to nadgorliwość ipka czy faktycznie trzeba przestać robić herby osób żyjących? Fast City Train in Trójmiasto (Gdynia, Gdańsk, Sopot). Photos of train-stops in voivodeship and some historical if anyone has.

Fast City Train is probably something similar like S-bahn in Germany (but 100% on ground).

1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:

2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.

For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:

This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".

When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").

Hi! Your age pyramid is used in the german WP-article of Holmes County (Ohio). As you can see, the diagram doesn't work correctly as thumbnail...the age classification label dosn't minimize correctly. Is there a way for you to fix it? This would be nice!!! I noticed the same thing at File:USA Champaign County, Illinois age pyramid.svg. Age pyramids are a great way to show the data, and every county and city page should have one! Nie wiem czy zainteresuje Cię ta sprawa ale tęsknię za czasami kiedy zaczynałem swoją działalność i kiedy graficy poważnie traktowali licencje i prawa autorskie. W tej sprawie byłeś dla mnie wzorem. Na bazie gallowskiej (i mojej) grafiki nowy użytkownik złożył z elementów moich grafik herb Tarnawa i przypisał sobie autorstwo tej pracy bez wzmianki o prawdziwych autorach. Kiedy zmieniłem ten opis oczywiści zrewertował go, co było przyczyną mojej prośby do Ciebie. Plik Tarnawa herb szlachecki poprawny.svg był dokładną kopią tego z tym, że po moim wpisie załadował go powtórnie pod nową nazwą. To taki drobny manewr, który miał ukryć moje edycje, więc to ja zgłosiłem go do usunięcia wstawiając szablon {{Dupe}}. W tym nowym pliku też zmieniłem opis ale znów zostałem zrewertowany. Zobacz historię edycji. Nie mogąc doczekać się Twojej odpowiedzi poprosiłem Masura o to samo i dość szybko sprawa się skończyła blokiem na tydzień dla nowego. Niestety nie był w stanie przyjąć do wiadomości, że obowiązują pewne zasady wynikające z licencji. Efektem tego będzie może to, że paru innych, którzy przypisują sobie autorstwo nie swoich prac zacznie poważnie traktować licencje. Dzięki za szczere chęci i pozdrawiam. Od roku jestem na intensywnym leczeniu no i choroba (rak) stawia mi sporo ograniczeń, ale jeszcze póki mogę, staram się coś robić, choć kompletnie zniechęcają mnie takie sytuacje jak ta. Steblik - skasowanie pliku WSJB.jpg

Zauważyłem usunięcie pliku, który załadowałem do artykułu o Władysławie Stebliku - WSJB.jpg. Usunięty skan kopii fotografii pochodzi z moich prywatnych zbiorów, przedstawia tak naprawdę mojego wuja, ilustrował artykuł o nim. Autor tej fotografii nie jest znany a fotografia pochodzi z lat 1935-1938 - niesygnowana żadnym logo. Zgodnie z prawem autorskim tzw. prawa autorskie wygasły. Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the second round of the 2017 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the twelfth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2017) to produce a single Picture of the Year.

Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year were entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.

There are two total rounds of voting. In the first round, you voted for as many images as you liked. In Round 1, there were 1475 candidate images. There are 58 finalists in Round 2, comprised of the top 30 overall as well as the top 2 from each sub-category.

In the final round, you may vote for a maximum of three images. The image with the most votes will become the Picture of the Year 2017.

Round 2 will end on 22 July 2018, 23:59 UTC.
