English: The Church of the Holy Family is a Roman Catholic church located in the St. Clair County, Illinois city of Cahokia. The Log Church, built in 1799 and replacing a similar church built in 1699, is the oldest standing church building in the United States located west of the Alleghany Mountains. The old log church is used for one mass on Sundays and for special occasions. A modern church building is located on the same grounds for the regular needs of the parish.
