Comment It is a hot air balloon that resembles Mickey Mouse. This is an airship, it flies on public airspace, registered and certifiied as an airship, not as Mickey Mouse. - Comment I am not a lawyer and my knowledge on derivative works is fully based on the Wikipedia article but IMHO it seams we have a confusion here: The balloon itself might be a copyright violation (if not authorized by Disney) but the photo of the balloon is just a photo of something that was happening in public space and subjected to the same laws of photos taken in public space. This photo for example is not a copyright infringement although in it appears a copyrighted logo of a company. --G Furtado (talk) 01:39, 10 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
