Need help

I wanted to add the newly created "Charlotte Sweet logo (FM)" to the Wikipedia entry on CHARLOTTE SWEET (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charlotte_Sweet) but don't know how. Can't you help? Thanks, Michael Colby Ludlow29 (talk) 21:49, 31 October 2013 (UTC)

Upload resulted in an <api-error-unknownerror>

I tried to upload a series of 10 photos, which after going through the entire form resulted in an <api-error-unknownerror> message without ability to go back and fix. Only option to retry, which also did not work. Possible source is the titles using a slash and underscores, but that should be checkable upfront. Having had the same file rejected three times with the message <api-error-stasherror> I understand that you won't accept that file. But I have no idea why as <api-error-stasherror> is meaningless to me. I'd previously had a different failed upload message, and hitting retry for failed uploads did get me three files uploaded instead of just one, but it took several attempts. unsuccesful upload

When upload is unsuccesful in last step (step means: learn, upload, release rights, describe, use) (for example now: upload wrong, incorrect extension .null), i cant click on back button, correct mistakes and upload it again. Only way is every information what i filled in first time again and search for it around all internet. It will be very very better to have possiblility click on rest of steps in upload proces and correct it (for example i will click in describe step or use step to release rights step and correct it or so) and upload it succesful without second-time filling.. Uploaded pics page has put random pic in not one used. Couldn't type into chat help all of a sudden, now can't upload pics and not giving option to go back. This is a nightmare and anyone without a smattering of internet programming wouldn't be able to start this. RowanWulfe (talk) 15:16, 27 November 2013 (UTC)
