  •   Best in Scope, though gallery has no taxonomic information ;-). W.S. 22:45, 21 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Yes, but the category has and I do not know if we just put the taxinomy in the gallery. Thanks... --Archaeodontosaurus (talk) 05:44, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
    • Well, if you do a search, and the gallery exists, you will be directed straight to the gallery, bypassing any category structure (try it!). That's what galleries are for, to give that extra bit of info for a selection of images. Categories, IMO are just a way of arranging and structuring the images. I agree, and that's the meaning of the proposed rule for a promotion VI. Images must refer to a category or a gallery where information taxynomique are given. I do not control enough English to start this procedure --Archaeodontosaurus (talk) 06:30, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Commons is multi-lingual. You are welcome to start anything (or answer any comment) in French. I'll be happy to read it. W.S. 06:37, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
