Comment I know that this is not a quality image. I thought this image relevant to the article in Wikipedia. I uploaded the original version that has been cropped slightly in the straightening process. See "Other versions". From that you will see that this image has undergone a considerable crop already. This could have been the last photo taken before his death.
Oppose I think the scope is OK, and it is appreciated that we at least have an image of this deceased horse-race speaker. However, it simply does not pass my "is a good illustration of the scope" bar. A too little fraction of the image depicts the person, the angle of sight is very ackward, and the speaker table obstructs a large part of the subject.
