Scope	Nominated as the most valued image on Commons within the scope: Langer Eugen

Reason	This is a famous building in Germany ("Langer Eugen" actually is its nickname, not the official name) because for some decades it was the office building for all members of the federal parliament. IMHO there is no other image that shows so much of the building in good photographic quality and detail. It's the only QI in ths scope. -- H005 (talk)
