Jasony3131 reply: thanks for the explanation. I was literally standing at the location after having just shot the photo. Yes, it was my work. Not sure why your system was making it so difficult to do a simple thing, and frankly, uploading a bunch of stuff to prove that I was legit isn't worth my time. That time, I received a generic "unconstructive edit" disallow message. Filters 4 (page blanking) and 135 (creating blank pages) were both triggered both times.
• Comments: I've used FileImporter on other projects before without issues. Is this perhaps related to restrictions on English Wikipedia involving the File Mover rights, or do those not apply to cross-wiki uploads?
