Sorting by all who can speak rather than by native speakers

Strongly disagree. If someone is trying to contact an admin, it is best that the user can easily find someone who can 100% percent communicate with him or her without any fraction of a language barrier. Zzyzx11 05:09, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Neither agree nor disagree. If this list is to be ordered by all the languages a user know, I can be considered a French speaker, but after taking French tests at about.com, I am considered a beginning speaker approaching intermediate level (fr-1). Until I can confidently consider myself an intermediate French speaker (fr-2), I dare not to run for adminship at any French Wiki sites, but I will try to read incoming French messages.--Jusjih 10:37, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Wait. If no admin can speak a particular language like natively, we should consider one exception. For example, I see a few Esperanto (eo) speakers being admins, but only eo-2 and eo-1, so we should consider listing eo-2 admins under Esperanto for now. If we have any eo-3 or even eo native-like admins, then we stop listing eo-2 admins under Esperanto. How would you think of this?--Jusjih 16:08, 10 June 2007 (UTC)
