Bâche-écran américaine introduite à la fin de l'année 1942 ; elle est censée protéger le soldat, avec tout son équipement, contre les gaz. Elle peut également faire office d'imperméable d'appoint ou bien servir à aménager un trou individuel. Etui absent.
