Description

The Plymouth was totally restyled for 1939, it was longer, lower and wider, the unique rectangular headlamps now within the fenders. It was available in base model; P7 Roadking: including 2 and 4 door sedans, 2 and 4 door touring (trunk) sedans and coupe The upmarket P8 Deluxe series included 2 and 4 door sedans, 2 and 4 door touring (trunk) sedans, coupe, station wagon, convertible coupe, a 4 door convertible sedan and limousine. P8 models had a chrome belt line moulding running from the centre of the car back to the deck lid, while Roadking models had only a short chrome trim from the centre of the car to the start of the hood.
