Description The first of the Mercurys; Edsel Ford introduced the 'Mercury' in 1938 as a more upmarket car than the Ford V8, but less than the Lincoln Zephyr. It was also longer and wider. Available in Sedan, Coupe and Convertible. They had a more powerful 239 cu in Flathead V8 too.
