Description

Goldenrod Yellow. Fords personal luxury car, the 1st generation built from 1955 to 1957. The 1st Tbird came with a removable fiberglass top; a fabric convertible top was an option. In 1956, the spare wheel was moved to a Continental style rear bumber to give more room in the trunk, it also got a new 'Thunderbird' badge above the grille and air vents behind the front wheels to improve cabin ventilation. Options were the larger 312 V8 and portholes for the Hardtop (for better visibility)
