LQ2848 This was a lucky spot, as I've seen this many times before right here, but I've been unable to get a photo as every time I've come past a woman has been sitting in the front room of the house (an office) staring at me. Luckily, the day I got this she wasn't there, and I was able to get a shot. It looks a bit out of place in this area, Hyde Park, as most of the houses are about 12-13 years old and the cars are mostly imports. It's definitely an ex-ambulance (I base that on the bodystyle) and has a NZ Caravan & Motorhome Association emblem above the windscreen. The Aunger Cheviots, however, don't look very good! CarJam says it is white, so I'm assuming it's been resprayed. Registration expired on the 19th of February this year and was on an Exemption licence. WOF expired September 12th last year, so judging by the wheel blocks it is no longer needed, but may hold some sentimental value to the owner (or it could just be a long-term restoration/conversion project.) |
