Description
Español: Bandera de Mieres: "Rectangular, de proporciones 2:3 (ancho:largo). Se divide en tres franjas horizontales. Blanca la superior, azul la central, y amarilla la inferior. La franja blanca tiene un ancho de la mitad del ancho de la bandera, y las otras dos, de un cuarto. En el cantón lleva el escudo de Mieres. Sus colores son los del escudo. En la bandera, el blanco simboliza la paz y es el color del marquesado de Campo Sagrado. El azul simboliza el cielo, las aguas del río Caudal, y la mar donde desemboca. El amarillo simboliza la riqueza del suelo del concejo."
