Nederlands: Bijenkorf in aanbouw; Bioscoopjournaals waarin Nederlandse onderwerpen van een bepaalde week worden gepresenteerd.; Bouw warenhuis de Bijenkorf in Den Haag, een ontwerp van architect Piet Kramer. hoog shot Bijenkorf in aanbouw, verticale pan langs constructie, bouwvakker controleert bekisting, op achtergrond -zeer kort- het dak van de Nieuwe Kerk zichtbaar. Aantekening : Pieter Lodewijk Kramer (1 juli 1881 - 4 februari 1961) mede-oprichter van de Amsterdamse school en medewerker tijdschrift "Wendingen". Tot zijn belangrijkste werken horen het woonblok "De Dageraad" te Amsterdam (1921), De Bijenkorf te Den Haag (1924-1926) en diverse bruggen te Amsterdam. Kramers ontwerp van de Haagse Bijenkorf werd door de Commissie van Advies, met architect H.P. Berlage als voorzitter, verkozen boven het strakke ontwerp van J.F. Staal.
