Wichtiger Hinweis.

Seit dem 11. November 1944 ist das Verteilungsbüro samstags geschlossen. Von Montag bis Freitag ist das Büro nur von halb acht bis zwölf Uhr für den Publikumsverkehr geöffnet.

Wichtig für Kranke und werdende und junge Mütter.

Wer an einem Samstag zusätzliche Lebensmittelmarken in Empfang nehmen muss für diese Kategorie, muss dies am Freitag vor dem Samstag tun, an dem diese Dokumente hätten abgeholt werden sollen. Dies betrifft auch diejenigen, deren Abrufkarte die folgende Abrufnummern tragen:

Die Quittungen müssen zu dem auf der Abrufkarte angegebenen Zeitpunkt in Empfang genommen werden.

Zij, die op een Zaterdag extra rantsoenbonnen of kaartjes in ontvangst moesten nemen voor deze categorie, behooren dit in den vervolge te doen op den Vrijdag voorafgaande aan den Zaterdag, waarop deze bescheiden hadden moeten worden gehaald Dit betreft dus hen, wier oproepkaarten het volgende oproepnummer dragen:
