Untersuchung der Milch auf Schmutzgehalt durch den Oberkontrollassistenten des Landeskontrollverbandes in Bonn. Die Untersuchungen auf Schmutzgehalt finden 2x monatlich statt. Ebenfalls findet eine zweimalige Untersuchung auf Keimgehalt (Reduktaseprobe) statt.
