This user account is a bot operated by Duesentrieb (talk).
It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually.

This account is used to upload files from the Commons:Bundesarchiv cooperation project. This is not done using actual bot software, but rather, this account is used by a server side maintenance script run by Wikimedia server admins.
