Die aus der Transferstraße kommenden Rohkarossen werden auf dem sich anschließenden Hochband am Vorder- und Hinterwagen von Hand CO2-geschweißt.

Die Werker sitzen auf mitlaufenden Fahrschemeln, die sie von Hand wieder in die Ausgangsstellung schieben können.
