General Diaz, der General-Inspekteur der chilenischen Armee traf auf dem Dampfer "Stuttgart" des Norddeutschen Lloyd in Bremen ein. Zu seiner Begrüssung hatte sich der Chef der deutschen Heeresleitung General Heye eingefunden.
