For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.  Bratislava, Insektenbekämpfung in Weingärten
Aufn. Illus II 557.AV Hein-Mo Berlin W 8 3.7.1951 Insektenbekämpfung durch Flugzeuge in den tschechoslowakischen Weingärten. Zur Bekämpfung der von Insekten und Krankheiten befallenen Weinstöcke in den tschechoslowakischen Weingärten, ließ die Landwirtschaftliche Genossenschaft in Bratislawa die Weingärten durch Flugzeuge mit besonderen chemischen Mitteln, "Verzol" und "Dynovad" genannt, besprengen. Die Sprengmethode der nach sowjetischem Vorbild ausgerüsteten Flugzeuge, ersetzt die Tagesarbeit von 80 Menschen. UBz: Langsam fliegt das Flugzeug über die Weingärten und besprengt die von Insekten befallenen Weinstöcke mit dem chemischen Mittel. |
