For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Weißensee, Wäscherei der LPG Zentralbild TBD 3.2.1953 Waschanlage für Produktionsgenossenschaft Eine Waschanlage mit einer Heißmangel übergab die BHG Weißensee, Kreis Erfurt, der landwirtschaftlichen Produktionsgenossenschaft im gleichen Ort. Waschanlage und Heißmangel sind Tag und Nacht in zwei Schichten in Betrieb und verarbeiten pro Schicht 200-250 kg Wäsche für Weißensee und die umliegenden Gemeinden. UBz: Genossenschaftsmitglied Anna Einfinger an der Schleuder.
