For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Dresden, Einstellen einer Beregnungsanlage ADN-ZB Häßler 12.7.84 Dresden: Ernte. Einer der mit dafür sorgt, daß die Ernte auch bei widrigen Witterungsbedingungen so gut wie möglich ausfällt, ist Beregnungswärter Andreas Leipscher. Etwa die Hälfte der Anbaufläche der LPG Frühgemüsezentrum Dresden, die wichtigster Gemüselieferant für die Elbstadt ist, wird ständig beregnet. siehe auch 1984-0712-7N
