ADN-ZB Oberst 24.4.87 Berlin: Ephraim-Palais-Das im Wiederaufbau befindliche ehemalige Ephraimsche Palais an der Poststraße, Ecke Mühlendamm, (erbaut 1761-64) steht kurz vor seiner Fertigstellung.Das Gebäude,das für den damaligen Hofjuwelier und Münzpächter Friedrichs ii., Nathan Veitel Ephraim, errichtet wurde, ist das riefste Werke des Berliner Architekten Friedrich Wilhelm Dieterich1702-1782) .Es war bei Fachleuten als prächtigster Bürgerbau des Rokoko in Berlin und im Volkmund als "schönste Ecke von Berlin" bekannt. |
