Wenn man vom Turm der Petrikirche auf den Freiberger Obermarkt schaut, sieht man bereits Ergebnisse der laufenden Erhaltungs-, Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsarbeiten in der 800jährigen Bergstadt. Das Tempo der Bauarbeiten wird durch 74 komplexe Kommunalverträge bis zum Jahre 1990 zwischen der Bauwirtschaft des Kreises und Betrieben und Einrichtungen im Territorium weiter erhöht. - siehe 12 und 13n -
