For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild-Henning , 19.8.1955 Kombine-Besatzung kämpfen um den ersten Preis. In allen Bezirken der Republik ist die Ernte im vollen Gange. Großen Anteil an der fristgemäßen Einbringung haben die Besatzungen der Mähdrescher, die auf den großen Flächen der Landwirtschaftlichen Produktionensgenossenschaften mit ihren Maschinen eingesetzt sind. In einem Wettbewerb, der täglich ausgewertet wird, ringen diese Kombine-Besatzungen um die höchste Tages- und Hektarleistung der diesjährigen Ernte. Im Bezirk Halle konnten bereits mehrere Kombinenführer die 100-Hektar Grenze erreichen, und ihrer Verpflichtung mit der Kombine 200 Hektar in der Erntekamagne abzuernten, näherkommen. Ubz-: Der Mähdrescherführer Kurt Krüger von der MTS Landsberg( Saalekreis) hatte bis zum 18.8.55 bereits 132 ha mit einem Druschergebnis von 4500 (Viertausendfünfhiundert) Doppelzenter abgeerntet. |
