Guben, Wohnhaus, Hausgarten Zentralbild Klein 13.6.56 Wohnungsbau in Guben. In der Textilstadt Guben ist in den letzten Jahren ein umfanreiches Wohnungsbauprogramm durchgeführt worden. Es werden allein im westlichen Teil den Stadt 350 (drei fünf null) Wohnungseinheiten mit Geschäften gebaut. Weitere 46 (vier sechs) Wohnungen können noch in diesem Jahr bezogen werden und 36 (drei sechs) Wohnungen, an denen bereits jetzt gebaut wird, werden im nächsten Jahr fertig sein. Dann kommen noch 36 (drei sechs) Wohnungen, die von der Arbeiterwohnungengenossenschaft gebaut wurden und 18 (eins acht) weitere, an denen noch gearbeitet wird. UBz: Einer von den Gubener Werkstätten, die sich in der Arbeiter-Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft zusammengeschlossen haben, ist der Kollege Karl Schulze, der im VEB-Gubener Wolle als Maschinist tätig ist. 460 (vier sechs null) Aufbaustunden hat Koll. Schulze bisher geleitstet und konnte nun in eine der neuen schönen Wohnungen einziehen. Die Arbeit im Hausgarten ist für Koll. Schulze eine willkommener Ausgleich.
