For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Kyhna, Grünfutterernte Zentralbild Leipzig(Opitz) 6.6.1956 Mechanisierte Grünfutterernte Um die Grünfutterversorgung der Genossenschaften ihres Bereiches zu verbessern hat die MTS Döbernitz, Kreis Delitzsch, ein neues technisches Gerät , den Mählader von VEB " Fortschritt" Neustadt-SA. eingesetzt. Das im Fließverfahren durchgeführte Schneiden und Bergen des Grünfutters mit der neuen Maschine bringt beträchtliche Zeit- und Arbeitseinsparung. UBz: Auf einem Feld der LPG" Einigkeit" in Kyhna wird mit dem Mähdrescher Luzerne geerntet.
