For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme. Zentralbild-Stolp Sto-Qu 2792.A.-V. 13.3.1959 Plaste Der Schwerpunkt des weiteren Aufbaus der Chemischen Industrie in der DDR liegt auf dem Gebiet der Kunststoffe und der vollsynthetischen Fasern. Die Pro-Kopf-Produktion soll bis 1965 auf 16 kg gesteigert werden. Im Jahr 1957 lag die DDR in der Plastproduktion mit 6,5 kg pro Kopf an vierter Stelle in der Weltproduktion nach den USA, Westdeutschland und England, jedoch vor Frankreich, Japan und Italien. |
