Zentralbild Krisch 8.11.1960 Rechnen - Messen - Wiegen-Das ist die Losung für alle Schweinepfleger im Bezirk Neubrandenburg. Der Organisator für "Prüfungen für mehr Schweinefleisch", Erwin Jaffke, hat damit den Anfang gemacht. Man muß wissenschaftlich füttern, ein Tag ohne Mastzunahme bedeutet: weggeworfenes Futter. Erich Jaffke stellte einen Futterplan für eine Getreideschnellast auf, wonach er die Schweine in drei Gruppen einteilt. I. Gruppe (Schweine von 30 - 50 kg) täglich 1, 5 kg Getreide. Gruppe II (50 - 70 kg) täglich 2 kg Getreide und die Gruppe III (70 bis 116 kg) täglich 2, 7 kg Getreide. Sind es in der 1. Gruppe noch 16 % Eiweißkonzentrat, das er dem Futter zuweist, so wird das Eiweißkonzentrat bis zur III. Gruppe auf 7 % herabgesetzt. Außerdem werden in der II. und III. Gruppe täglich 1 kg Sauerkartoffeln und 1 kg Frischkartoffeln hinzugegeben. Eine feste Stallordnung wurde eingeführt. Zweimal am Tage wird gefüttert (6-7 Uhr und 14-16 Uhr). Vormittags werden die Ställe gereinigt. Sein Ziel ist: In 7 Monaten muß das Schwein schlachtreif sein. UBz: Das ist Schweinemeister Erwin Jaffke vom VEG Lindenhof Bez. Neubrandenburg. |
