Zentralbild Krueger 25.3.1961 Beisetzung der Urne Heinrich Manns. Feierlicher Zug zum Dorotheenstädtischen Friedhof Von der Deutschen Akademie der Künste am Robert-Koch-Platz in Berlin bewegte sich der feierliche Zug mit der Urne des Dichters, der erste Präsident der Akademie, durch das dichte Spalier der Berliner zum Dorotheenstädtischen Friedhof. Tausende hatten sich am 25.3.1961 zu beiden Seiten der Invaliden- und Chaussee-Straße eingefunden, um Heinrich Mann die letzte Ehre zu erweisen. UBz: Offiziere der Nationalen Volksarmee tragen die Urne mit den sterblichen Überresten von Heinrich Mann aus der Deutschen Akademie der Künste. Im Hintergrund links: Prof. [Otto] Nagel, rechts daneben Arnold Zweig, dahinter Ludwig Renn.
