For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Oberstes Gericht, Globke-Prozess, Aussage, Vaclav Kral Zentralbild Stöhr-13.7.1963 Hauptverhandlung gegen Globke fortgesetzt. Im Mittelpunkt des 5. Verhandlungstages der Hauptverhandlung des 1. Strafsenats des Obersten Gerichts der DDR am 12. Juli 1963 stand der Komplex der unter maßgeblicher Mithilfe des Angeklagten von den Faschisten begangenen Germanisierungsverbrechen. UBz: Der tschechoslowakische Sachverständige Dr. Vaclav Kral von der Akademie der Wissenschaften in Prag, behandelte in seinem Gutachten die mit dem Namen Globke eng verknüpfte Politik Hitler - Deutschlands zur Zerschlagung des tschechoslowakischen Staates. Er wies weiter nach, daß Globke im Zuge der Ausrottungsziele durch die Partei-Kanzlei in München beauftragt war, die Fragen der Protektoratszugehörigkeit zumindest so zu klären, daß verhaftete Widerstandskämpfer zum Tode verurteilt werden konnten.
