For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
LPG Groß-Beuchow, Besuch von Schulkindern Zentralbild Schutt 25.1.1965 Blumenkohl pikieren will auch gelernt sein Die Kinder 3. und 4. Klasse der Polytechnischen Oberschule Groß-Beuchow Kreis Calau geben sich alle Mühe. Sie tun dies im praktischen Teil ihres polytechnischen Unterrichtes in der LPG (in den Gewächshäusern) und lernen außerdem noch Sämereien kennen, lernen das Topfen und viele andere Dinge. Die Schule hat einen Patenschaftsvertrag mit der Gemüsebrigade. Die Kinder erhalten dadurch Pflanzen für ihren Schulgarten erfreuen dafür die Brigade bei gelegentlichen Feiern mit Liedern und Gedichten. Im Bild vorn die achtjährige Karin Heilmann.
