For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Lützkendorf, indischer Ingenieur Zentralbild Schaar 16.5.1966 Lützkendorf: Informationen über die im Bau befindliche Additivmischanlage erhält Dr. Inder Jit aus Indien vom Schichtingenieur Kurt Gevatter (links) im Mineralölwerk Lützkendorf. Vor kurzem promovierte Dr. Jit am Institut für Petrochemie an der TH Chemie in Merseburg. Nach 41-2 jährigem Aufenthalt in der DDR wird er im Herbst dieses Jahres wieder nach Indien zurückkehren und in einer Erdöl-Raffinerie seines Heimatlandes arbeiten.
