Der Vorsitzende des Staatsrates der DDR Walter Ulbricht, unterzeichnete am 29.9.69 die Ratifizierungsurkunde zum Vertrag über die Nichtweiterverbreitung von Kernwaffen. Bei der Unterzeichnung des Vertrages waren anwesend: Hermann Axen, Gerald Götting, Otto Gotsche, Otto Winzer, Dr. Rudolf Agsten, Dr. Michael Kohl und Dr. Herbert Süß (v.r.n.l.).
