For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Rostock, Stadtzentrum, Plastik Zentralbild Katscherowski 8.5.70 Rostock: Neue Plastik wird der Öffentlichkeit übergeben- "Sieben stolze Schwestern küßt das eine Meer" nennt sich diese symbolische Plastik des Rostocker Bildhauers Reinhard Dietrich, die am 8.5.70 der Öffentlichkeit übergeben wird. Das Kunstwerk hat seinen Platz im Rostocker Stadtzentrum in der Nähe des Warnow-Hotels (im Hintergrund).
