An der Weberwiese im Bezirk Friedrichshain wurde der Grundstein zur ersten Wohnzelle im Rahmen des Bauprogramm des demokratischen Magistrats gelegt. Den Abschluß der Kundgebung bildete ein Feuerwerk.
