For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Greifswald, Klosterruine Eldena ADN-ZB Kaufhold 17-6-80 Bez. Rostock: Vorbereitung Arbeiterfestspiele- Die Klosteranlage Eldena bei Greifswald wurde 1199 als Kloster Fulda gegründet. Bei Restaurierungsarbeiten im Jahre 1968 wurde eine Freilichtbühne eingebaut. Vielfältige Kulturveranstaltungen werden hier durchgeführt.
