ADN-ZB-Zimmermann-26-11-81-zi-Berlin- Altberliner Architektur- Aus der italienischen Renaissancs entlehnt ist der Baustil der Nordfassade am S-Bahnhof Marx-Engels-Platz. Im Jahre 1882 fuhr hier in den damaligen Bahnhof Börse - so genannt nach der nahegelegenen Berlin Börse - die erste Stadtbahn ein. Das von dem Architekten Johannes Vollmer konzipierte Gebäude, das zu den ältesten Bahnhofsbauten der Hauptstadt gehört, steht heute unter Denkmalschutz. -siehe auch Z1126-30N, 31N-
