Description
English: The central lawn in the new Central Promenade or Central Area of Chelsea Waterside Park, part of Hudson River Park, at the west end of 23rd Street and 11th Avenue near the West Side Highway in Chelsea, Manhattan. The entire park was reconstructed in 2023. While the original promenade design was a straight path intended as a gateway to the main Hudson River Park on the water, the new design provides decoration and passive recreation to keep people within Chelsea Waterside Park.
