Description
English: As a result of dual carriageway redevelopment works being carried out along Castle Street, one-time one-way street Dagger Lane has now been permanently closed off to vehicles turning off the A63, capped off neatly by some kerb stones and an unpleasant temporary mixture of concrete barriers, metal construction barriers and traffic cones. A growth of weeds is sprouting from the no-go zone created by this temporary solution.
