English: Cast bronze plaque erected in 1900 the Bedford Estate at 27 Southampton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2E 7RS. Commissioned by Herbrand Russell, 11th Duke of Bedford. Sculpted by Henry Charles Fehr to a design by Charles Fitzroy Doll.
