Nederlands: Film over de postzegel.; De betekenis van de postzegel wordt gedemonstreerd door het verschil te laten zien tussen de tijd omstreeks 1830 en heden. Ook het goede postzegelverzamelen wordt getoond waarbij tevens een overzicht wordt gegeven van de belangrijkste Nederlandse postzegels van 1852 tot 1952. Het eerste deel speelt in 1832 dus voordat de postzegels er waren. De film begint met een postkoets die over een landweg rijdt en vervolgens in een oud stadje aankomt.
